Formerly DFO Spencer Street and the Spencer Street Fashion Station; this popular fast fashion shopping space is now called the Spencer Outlet Centre. Ever convenient to have a shopping centre right at Spencer Street train station, and on the hub of many tram lines where Docklands meets the CBD.
This shopping centre does not come with any bells and whistles. Rather, this is a simple shopping space where many bargains can be snapped up. For example, you're able to buy a pair of Peter Alexander pyjama pants that normally retail for $69 for only $19 here. Furthermore, a pair of skinny Guess jeans that normally retail for $200 are usually available for only $40 on a really great day. Always on sale here.
Even better, Harris Scarfe is now a prominent and well know fashion retailer here, together with Cotton On (mega store) and Trade Secret.
Trade Secret is like a department store. Their clothes are categorised based on use and gender. There are also ample clothing available for kids right out the back. The most extensive range of Jelly Belly jelly beans are available at this shop too.
Some of many people's favourites such as Blue Illusion, Review, Sandler, Calvin Klein Jeans and Jeanswest to only name a few quality fashion stores are also available here. Cheap manchester and items for the home are also available, with one of the cheapest hairdressers in Melbourne enjoying longevity in this space.
Places to eat and refresh are also scattered throughout the centre. The majority (if not nearly all of) the food outlets have been here for quite a while.
Spencer Outlet Centre is also the place to go for some cheap beauty products.
Address: Level 1, 201 Spencer Street Docklands VIC 3008.
