The Monster Health Food Co made a splash on the breakfast scene over 20 years ago, when concerned parents Trevor and Kim Lauman started Monster at their kitchen table with the intention of providing their four kids a healthy breakfast every morning.

Specialising in nut-free, wheat-free gluten-free, dairy-free and more products that are healthy and appealing, The Monster Health Food Co has grown into a huge line which is stocked in selected Woolworths and Coles stores nationwide. You can also buy online from the website which ships worldwide and ships free to Australia.



They have created a clever breakfast-in-a-bag, for breakfast on the run! Simply rip open a bag and add yoghurt or milk to eat on the go.
